I am a fully qualified psychotherapist (Dip Couns MBACP) and a registered member with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Also an Accredited Registrant of (NCPS) National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Accred) and Registered member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (MFHT)


I have experience in working both in private healthcare and in the voluntary sector as a mental health counsellor. I have worked within the NHS for many years.


I have facilitated a private clinic in a healthcare facility. 


 In my current role as an EAP mental health counsellor for BUPA, I offer support for those struggling with anxiety, depression and many other issues. This includes a counselling service directly supporting oncology clients.


I also manage my own private practice.


I work as an integrative psychotherapist and holistic counsellor. This means I use a blended method of counselling consisting of different elements of specific therapies. Looking at the whole person and not just their mental health.  Integrative Counselling has the belief that one single therapy cannot treat everybody.


I also explore your physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Then strive towards finding a better balance in these areas. Ensuring that all levels of a person's being and functioning (mental, physical and emotional health) are maximised to their full potential.  

Holistic counselling is looking at the entirety of the client and putting the client at the centre, not just their diagnosis or their symptoms. It offers a more flexible approach, tailoring therapy to the client and not the client to the therapy.


Together, we will work in a direction that will help you achieve your goals.


You are unique – you will never come across anyone who is the same as you: who thinks like you, who reacts to things the way you react, or the way in which you deal with any situations or experiences.
